Warrior Fit
Tue/Thur 9am, 7pm; Sat 9am
Warrior Fit offers a dynamic, martial arts-inspired workout that varies with each session, incorporating calisthenics, plyometrics, kettlebells, combat ropes, weighted mace, rings, rope climbs, and free-weight exercises. The program emphasizes efficient strength training, core stability and cardiovascular conditioning. Variety in both format and exercises keep it fresh and dynamic (you will not be bored).
No prior experience is required, and all fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds are welcome, with every exercise adaptable to individual capabilities. Participants should wear workout attire and bring open-finger kickboxing gloves with wrist support if needed.
